Heat pipe radiators are generally hollow, containing substances with very low boiling points. The phase change of the working fluid between gas and liquid in a fully sealed vacuum tube transfers heat, exhibiting extremely high thermal conductivity, nearly a hundred times that of pure copper. Due to their high thermal conductivity, they are regarded as representatives of high-end radiators. Wenxuan Thermal Energy's heat pipe radiators are made using three manufacturing processes: grooved tubes, metal mesh inner walls, and sintered tubes. The materials are typically copper or brass, and the choice of heat pipe process or material depends on different design requirements.
