MengziOrdinary radiator 011 - Large heat sink production

A large heat sink is a device used to dissipate heat from heat-generating electronic components in electrical appliances. It is often made of aluminum alloy, brass, or bronze in plate, sheet, or multi-plate forms. For example, the CPU (central processing unit) in a computer requires a relatively large heat sink, and heat sinks are also used in power tubes, deflection tubes, and amplifiers in televisions.

Product Description

Large heat sinks are devices used to dissipate heat from easily heated electronic components in electrical appliances. They are often made of aluminum alloy, brass, or bronze in plate, sheet, or multi-sheet forms. For example, the CPU in a computer requires a relatively large heat sink, and heat sinks are also used in power tubes, deflection tubes, and amplifiers in televisions.
The material of large heat sinks refers to the specific materials used for the heat sinks. Each material has different thermal conductivity properties, arranged from high to low thermal conductivity as follows: silver, copper, aluminum, and steel.
However, using silver for large heat sinks would be too expensive, so the best option is to use copper. Although aluminum is much cheaper, its thermal conductivity is obviously not as good as that of copper (about fifty percent of copper's conductivity).
Commonly used materials for large heat sinks are copper and aluminum alloy, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Copper has good thermal conductivity but is relatively expensive, difficult to process, too heavy (many pure copper heat sinks exceed the weight limit for CPUs), has a small thermal capacity, and is prone to oxidation. Pure aluminum is too soft for direct use; only aluminum alloys can provide sufficient hardness. The advantage of aluminum alloys is their low cost and light weight, but their thermal conductivity is much worse than that of copper. Some heat sinks combine the strengths of both by embedding a copper plate into the base of an aluminum alloy heat sink.
For ordinary users, using aluminum large heat sinks is sufficient to meet cooling needs. The commonly used aluminum materials are 6061 and 6063 aluminum, which have good cooling effects. Large steel heat sinks are mainly used for radiators because they are more corrosion-resistant.
Large heat sinks play an important role in the composition of radiators. Apart from the active cooling provided by fans, the quality of a radiator largely depends on the heat absorption capacity and thermal conductivity of the heat sink itself.

The hardware industry is developing very rapidly. The traditional hardware industry in China is mainly concentrated in several markets focused on mechanical hardware.Building hardware, decorative hardware, and daily-use hardware are the main sectors. The trend of industrial concentration in the hardware industry is also very obvious, with the domestic hardware industry mainly concentrated in economically developed provinces and regions such as Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Hebei, and Shandong. Traditional hardware enterprises have relatively single product lines; many enterprises only provide supporting parts for other manufacturing companies and rely heavily on manufacturing enterprises while being slow to respond to market demands. Traditional hardware enterprises do not focus on new product development and market extension, resulting in a lack of sustained competitive ability. Faced with increasingly specialized market demands and intensifying competition, many initially fast-developing hardware enterprises feel powerless in subsequent developments.
