The heat pipe module radiator is a type of pipe superconducting radiator, which has advantages such as energy saving and low heating costs.
The heat pipe module radiator, a type of pipe superconducting radiator, includes a radiator housing with convection ports. Several vacuum superconducting pipes are placed in the upper and lower support plates built into the radiator housing. The superconducting pipes contain a thermal working medium, and the lower end of the superconducting pipe is inserted into a heat medium box, which has inlet and outlet ports connected to the heat source. An insulation layer is provided on the lower part of the superconducting pipe and the outer wall of the heat medium box. When the heat source stops supplying heat, thermal storage release through the insulation layer maintains heat conduction, allowing intermittent heating from the heat source to meet indoor heating needs, saving energy and reducing heating costs.
The heat pipe type radiator module includes: first fins, second fins, third fins, a substrate, heat pipes, an air duct bracket, and a base plate. The air duct bracket is designed with grooves on both sides, forming air ducts on both sides. The cold air on both sides can continue to cool adjacent fins, avoiding the problem of poor heat dissipation caused by hot air passing through adjacent fins arranged in parallel.
