Riveting heat sink process

Due to the larger volume of round heat sinks, they not only cool the CPU but also cool the surrounding circuits on the motherboard. However, because the fans of round heat sinks mostly use embedded designs, it makes it very difficult for users to replace them themselves.
Tower heat sink
Another mainstream force in the market is tower heat sinks, among which Tt has launched the most products. Tower heat sinks utilize highly conductive thermal pipes in terms of materials. The heat-absorbing base is made entirely of copper, while some manufacturers use all-copper designs for the fins while others use all-aluminum designs. The principle of this design is that the all-copper base first conducts the CPU's heat and then quickly transfers it to the fins through thermal pipes for dissipation. From a theoretical perspective, you can see that heat sinks using thermal pipe technology require several conduction steps before dissipating heat. Therefore, the thermal resistance between different materials directly affects the overall performance of the heat sink.
