Ordinary radiator 014

The finned heat sink includes a heat sink main board, on the upper outer surface of which heat dissipation fins are arranged. Both the upper outer surface of the heat dissipation fins and the upper outer surface of the heat sink main board are provided with grooves. In front of the heat dissipation fins on the upper outer surface of the heat sink main board, a connecting block is arranged, and on the upper end of the connecting block, a connecting frame is set. The rear outer surface of the connecting frame is equipped with a welding block, and on the upper end of the heat dissipation fins at the rear end of the welding block, a flow guide plate is arranged. Both the upper outer surface of the connecting block and the upper outer surface of the heat sink main board are provided with fixed screws. One side of the connecting block on the upper outer surface of the heat sink main board is equipped with a connecting plate. The finned heat sink described in this utility model can improve the heat dissipation performance of the finned heat sink and facilitate its disassembly, bringing better prospects for use.

Ordinary Radiator 013

The finned heat sink can be divided into several processes: cutting, riveting, tooth insertion, reflow soldering, and the currently popular tower heat pipe heat sink. The mainstream heat sink fins in the market are generally standard quadrilateral shapes, but there are also some products with unique shapes, such as the round heat sink represented by South Korea's Simin and the tower heat sink represented by Tt.

Ordinary Radiator 012

The finned heat sink includes a main body and two connecting parts. Each end of the main body is provided with two fixing holes, and a perforation is made in the middle part, with a joining part protruding to one side of the finned heat sink at the perforation, allowing this type of finned heater to connect with a heat pipe through the perforation and connecting parts.

Ordinary radiator 011 - Large heat sink production

A large heat sink is a device used to dissipate heat from heat-generating electronic components in electrical appliances. It is often made of aluminum alloy, brass, or bronze in plate, sheet, or multi-plate forms. For example, the CPU (central processing unit) in a computer requires a relatively large heat sink, and heat sinks are also used in power tubes, deflection tubes, and amplifiers in televisions.
